While there may be many members, and all of which help the group in some capacity, there are a few people who are tasked and assigned with greater responsibility to keep Fantasy Sim Group running on a day to day basis. There people are listed here as much for ease of contact and communication, as it is for recognition of their duties.

In a group of people of any size, leadership becomes more and more of a necessary factor. The position of "First" not necessarily implies a superlative, but rather signifies the person who makes behind-the-scenes decisions and who works hard to provide a stimulating atmosphere for people to enjoy. The leader is responsible for the day-to-day operations, overseeing the production of the simulation group in a positive manner. |

In every great group, there is a certain staff member who reports and works directly with the Group Leader. Their duties include reporting daily to the leader, conserving the group's charter, and acting as the first spokesman on behalf of the group's best interests. In case the Group Leader is unavaliable at any give moment, the First Leader assumes the right and responsibility of the leadership. The advisor is sworn to uphold the position with true honor and virtue, in promise that the simmer's voices are heard. |

From time to time, a dispute or greviance may arise that may require the Grand Inquisitor to intervene. It is their duty to oversee each greviance, given time to analyze and assess the situation, and hold a proper and impartial trial to make a final judgement decision. Members are stressed to do everything possible before reaching the Inquisitor's calling for all final sentence decisisons are final and absolute. |

With so many members and so many sims, how can you handle it all? The duties of the Personnel Manager is to oversee the operations of the various players within the different simulations. That includes keeping accurate records of operations within the group along with acting as an official liaison between the members and the leadership. |

Their goal is to give something for everyone to enjoy, offering various competitions from the member to fleet-level. Some annual events include, but are not limited to, Thankful for Turkey, I Fancy You, and the Annual Runes Awards. Their basic goal is to have fun, get more members involved, and continue to support the fantasy-theme. |

To make a newfound simmer's experience most enjoyable, we have a department that's primary mission serves to train all new recruits, current members, and even game managers if neccesary. It is with the goal of the headmaster to help and assist anyone that wants to learn about the art of simming. The primary responsibilities of the headmaster is to oversee and direct all training classes requested, hire professors, and make everyone's life a little easier. Our classes offer you guidance, advice, and all the experience you'd ever need. |

Because our group has a central home on internet relay chat, we feel it's neccessary to have two managers that will act as a direct liaison between our organization and the irc networks we use. They are responsible for maintaining order in their areas of operation, including coordinating with the Inquistion to carry out disciplinary actions, training and appointing channel operators, and making sure that our organization abides by the rules and regulations set forth by the IRC networks. |
