By working
on the site and/or donating work to the site, you hereby agree to the following:
1. The work becomes a permanant resource to be used by the Fantasy Sim Group, hereby known as FaSG, and will continue to be so if, at any time, you choose to terminate your membership in said group.
2. It is done so on a volunteer basis. Sorry but we can't afford to pay, so hopefully your payment will be the knowledge that others will enjoy and use your work to expand their own enjoyment in role playing.
3. The work submitted matches the rating of the web site seen on the index page. No adult content, no hate or bashing type material will be allowed.
4. It matches the main website format. click here to view.
5. Copyright notice that is placed on the work/page (if any) will be a link to the copyright notice page of the site. If you'll notice, even I don't have a stamp of 'mine mine mine' or 'made by me' on the site ;) I'm working on a thankyou/credit page and folks' names will be listed there. Also, please do not put graphics or links to business pages. Again, I haven't, because this is not a business page and it is clearly stated in the copyright notice that no money is made in the making or upkeep of this site: this includes we do not recruit to make money from our work on this site. note: I am communicating with my lawyer to assertain what can be placed on the site without opening the group up for a lawsuit, but until I get all of the facts, please do not advertise buisinesses on your page.
6. Scripts to external links that are not a part of the main website are forbidden. There are some sites out there that include popup scripts that lead to other sites that are not suitable for children or what we, as a whole, have authorized to be part of the sim group.
7. The website is not using a massive amount of graphics, mainly for two reasons: dialup hates trying to load everything and we want to make sure everyone has a chance to enjoy everything on the site, and I was given information that I've verifed with the American Council of the Blind, that graphics interfere with programs used by the visually impaired to 'read' a web site. We are currently working on a graphic library to include in the site for those that are way heavy into seeing graphics. (myself included!). So please use prudence in regards to the use of graphics on the page/work you submit to the site.
If you feel the above notice to be in error, please let us know by filling out the contact form here, but the above standards must be met before work will be included in the site.
