| Education: | After his standard primary education, Seth moved from his home in northern Ukrain, Russia to attend the University of Houston on the southern coast of the North American continent on Earth. He took courses in diplomacy and political science as well as several courses in self-defense and Security training. | ||
| Background: | At the age of 3, Seth lost his parents in a freak snowstorm that somehow managed to escape the weather modification net of Earth. He moved from Siberia to the province of northern Ukraine to be closer to his grandfather, living there for the next thirteen years until his grandfather also passed due to natural causes. It was at that time that seth moved to the North American continent of Earth and enrolled into the University of Houston in Texas. While he was there, his instructors immediately saw his potential and began encouraging him in a paricular direction of his personal goals. When Seth graduated, his instructors got together and quietly sent recommendations to various high-ranking people within the Federation Council and arranged an interview for him to become the youngest ambassador to represent the Federation to other cultures. | ||
