| Nayla was born into slavery, her family died shortly after her birth. Never knowing her birthday she was treated like a pet and was leashed most of the time when she was in captivity. Underfed, and malnourished, she led a few hard months in slavery, until she was freed by William Dearborn. Dearborn encountered her when she had scurried under a table to escape her master (Physical approximate age 5-7 years old). When the man had attempted to retrieve the girl and re-leash her, Dearborn refused to let him do so. A bar fight ensued, and they have been on the run ever since. Dearborn is the only family she has ever known and she thinks of the SS. Teir as her home. | |||
