Alexis keeps up on all new weapons and weapon theories and politics. She enjoys
all types of sports from all different species. She loves to try new ones. She does indulge in a romance holonovel every once in
a great while...but no one knows about it.

| Alexis, the officer, is competent, aggressive and direct. She is quick to find
solutions to most problems. She is however, often reserved in social situations,
she is shy and keeps her distance. She is aggressive in her position because she
is always trying to please her father. She has been called "Daddy's Little
Girl" on more than one occasion, due to her obsession for her father's
approval. She rarely takes time off for R&R. When she is ordered to, she
usually heads for the gym or to the Holodecks to work on strength and endurance.

Her father was assigned to a delegation to evaluate Xelia's application for
admission into the Federation. Capt Cavanaugh, and Prime
Minister Nichos, spent lots of time together during that mission. They
eventually fell in love. After Xelia was admitted into the Federation, Alexander
and Locarra were married.
Due to her political position, Locarra was not able to accompany her
husband on his ship. 4 years later, they had a daughter, Alexis. She grew
up on planet with her mother, learning Xelian politics so that she could
one day take her mothers place. Alexis had formal training on Xelia to get
her ready for her position. She decided at a young age, that she had no
desire to follow her mother’s footsteps. Alexis was more like her
father...an adventurer.
When she turned 18, she left Xelia to go and live with her father. She lived
on various ships with her father for 3 years, then joined Star Fleet Academy per
her father's insistence. She majored in; hand to hand combat, tactical, basic
weapons training and advanced weapons training. She graduated 2nd in her class,
much to her fathers chagrin. Her "failure" made him angry and he never
lets her forget it.
She is currently assigned as Executive Officer on the USS-Spirit,
stationed at Empok Nor. This is not her first assignment, and most likely
it won’t be her last, but as she does in all her assignments, she gives
nothing but her best, and nothing less will do for her.
