Personal History: After the Cardassian Occupation of his homeworld ended, Arjin enlisted first into the Bajoran Militia to continue defending his home from any and all enemies. When the secret group The Circle was discovered, however, he left Bajor and joined the Federation Starfleet. After graduating from the Academy, he was assigned to work on the newly commissioned Prophet-class USS Kai Opaka.
